With an entrepreneurial outlook and a disciplined and prudent approach to its business, it dedicates its surpluses firstly to continue to invest in the assets so they are fit for the 21st century in the interests of its tenants and leaseholders, and secondly in making a valued contribution towards charitable trusts and other good causes in London and in the rest of the United Kingdom. Over the past few years nearly 50 charities in the UK have received grants from Grove End Housing Ltd. The company plans to continue its tradition of philanthropic giving for the foreseeable future.
